Growth is where we place custom domains for email. The goal is self-serve setup so a team can bring its own email domain into Jambo without a support queue.

That setup flow is rolling out. If your workspace needs a custom domain before the self-serve path is fully finished, reach out and we can help enable it directly. We would rather be explicit about that than pretend every part of the flow is already polished.

What is the difference between Free and Starter?

Free is for testing the workflow with one seat and one published form. Starter is for teams that want branded forms, a few more seats, more AI usage, and more room for steady day-to-day inbound.

Why do the plans gate AI usage and assisted responses separately?

Because they are related but not identical. Token usage reflects how much AI processing the workspace consumes, while assisted response capacity reflects how much reply volume your team is actually pushing through Jambo.

Is custom domain for email really self-serve on Growth?

That is the direction and plan. The Growth tier includes it, and the self-serve setup flow is rolling out. If you need it before every step is fully productized, we can still enable it with you manually.

What if we need more seats, more storage, or a bigger knowledge base later?

That is exactly what Growth and Pro are for. If you outgrow Starter, we can move you up without changing the core workflow your team already uses.
