Is billing per user or per workspace?

Per workspace. Your subscription covers everyone in the workspace up to your plan’s seat limit — we don’t charge per user. Each workspace has its own plan and usage meters.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Annual billing saves roughly 20%: Starter works out to $39/mo, Growth $119/mo, and Business $319/mo when billed annually.

Can I switch plans anytime?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you only pay the prorated difference between tiers for the rest of your billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current cycle, so you keep what you paid for.

Who counts as a seat?

Active members and pending invitations both occupy a seat. If you’ve hit your limit, revoking an unused invite frees a seat instantly.

What if I need more seats than my plan includes?

Upgrade to the next plan — Starter includes 3 seats, Growth 10, and Business has unlimited seats. If your team size doesn’t fit neatly into a tier, contact us.

How do AI credits work?

One credit covers roughly one AI-drafted reply; knowledge searches cost a fraction of a credit (about 5 searches per credit). Credits refresh at the start of every billing cycle.

What happens when I run out of credits?

AI drafting and knowledge search pause until your next cycle — nothing else breaks. Forms keep collecting submissions, your inbox keeps receiving messages, and your team can reply manually. Paid plans can buy credit top-ups from Billing → Limits.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Credits reset each billing cycle, so pick the plan that matches your typical monthly volume.

What happens when I downgrade or cancel?

You keep full paid access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for. After that, your workspace moves to the Free plan automatically.

Will I lose my data if I downgrade?

No. Nothing is deleted. If your contacts, forms, or team exceed Free limits, everything stays intact and readable — you just can’t add new ones until you’re back under the limits or upgrade again.

What happens if a payment fails?

We don’t lock you out. You’ll get reminder emails and a grace period to update your payment method. If the subscription ultimately lapses, the workspace moves to Free at the end of the period — with all data intact.

What’s your refund policy?

When you upgrade mid-cycle, you’re only charged the prorated difference between tiers, and cancelling means you simply aren’t billed again — so refunds are rarely needed. If something exceptional happens, contact us and we’ll sort it out.
