Terms of Service

Last updated: May 25, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Jambo Contact, provided by CMA TECHNOLOGY CONSULTANTS FZCO at https://jambo.contact and any related software, APIs, documentation, integrations, and hosted features we make available (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

What Jambo Contact does

Jambo Contact helps teams capture inbound leads, manage conversations, route work, automate follow-up, connect third-party tools, and use AI-assisted features grounded in content you provide. We’ll keep improving the Service, which means features may be added, changed, limited, or removed over time.

A few definitions

Customer Content means the data you or your users submit to or process through the Service, including form responses, emails, contacts, files, knowledge-base materials, prompts, templates, configurations, and similar content.

Outputs means drafts, summaries, classifications, suggested replies, routing suggestions, extracted data, and other machine-generated or automated results produced by the Service.

Usage Data means technical logs, telemetry, product interaction data, and operational metadata about use of the Service. It does not include Customer Content except where needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.

Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and, if you use the Service for a company, have authority to do so.

Your content and responsibilities

You keep ownership of your Customer Content. You give us a limited right to host, process, store, transmit, and display it only as needed to provide, maintain, secure, support, and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these Terms.

You’re responsible for your Customer Content and your use of the Service. That includes making sure you:

  • Have the rights and permissions needed to collect and use the data you submit
  • Provide any required privacy notices and obtain any required consents
  • Use the Service lawfully and respect third-party rights
  • Keep your own copies or exports of data you may need
  • Review outbound communications unless you intentionally choose to automate them

What you can’t do

You may not, and may not allow others to:

  • Use the Service for spam, phishing, fraud, harassment, malware, or other abusive or unlawful activity
  • Probe, scan, overload, or interfere with the Service or its security controls
  • Reverse engineer or try to extract source code or underlying models except where the law clearly allows it
  • Scrape or extract data from the Service outside authorized product features or APIs
  • Use the Service or Outputs to build, train, or improve a competing model or service, or attempt model extraction
  • Submit content that infringes or violates someone else’s rights

Sensitive data

Unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing, don’t use Jambo Contact for highly regulated or especially sensitive data such as payment card data, protected health data, biometric identifiers, or similarly restricted categories.

AI-assisted features

Outputs are generated automatically and can be wrong, incomplete, misleading, biased, delayed, or a bad fit for your use case. They may also be similar to outputs shown to other users. You’re responsible for checking outputs before relying on them or sending them externally.

Jambo Contact is not legal, medical, financial, compliance, or other professional advice. Final decisions and final communications are still on you.

Automation and auto-send

Some features may automatically send emails, trigger workflows, call integrations or webhooks, route leads, classify inquiries, or take similar actions based on your settings or instructions. If you enable that kind of automation, you’re responsible for the consequences — including recipients, timing, content, workflow effects, and anything triggered downstream.

In plain English: if you turn on automation, make sure your approvals, safeguards, testing, and monitoring are sane.

Model training and product improvement

We do not use Customer Content to train foundation models or third-party AI models unless you explicitly opt in. We may use Customer Content and Usage Data to run the Service, prevent abuse, diagnose issues, improve reliability and safety, and meet legal obligations.

Third-party services

Jambo Contact may rely on or connect with third-party services such as identity providers, payment processors, email providers, hosting and storage providers, AI/model providers, search or crawling providers, and integrations you choose to enable. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.

We’re not responsible for third-party services, and you’re responsible for your choice to use them and for complying with any terms that apply to them.

Fees and billing

Paid plans, if offered, are described at checkout, in an order form, or in other pricing materials we make available. Unless we say otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.

If you buy a recurring subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge the applicable fees until you cancel. We may change pricing or introduce new charges with advance notice before they take effect. You’re responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes on our net income.

We may suspend or limit paid features for failed payments, overdue balances, or billing abuse.

Beta and preview features

We may offer beta, preview, early access, or experimental features. Those features may be incomplete, unreliable, or changed or removed at any time. Unless we say otherwise, they’re provided as-is and should not be treated as production-critical.

Feedback

If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions, we can use them without restriction or compensation to you.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, UPTIME, SECURITY, OR THAT OUTPUTS WILL BE CORRECT OR FIT FOR YOUR NEEDS.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE AND OUR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS, OR GOODWILL, EVEN IF WE WERE ADVISED THAT SUCH DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100) IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID FEES.

Indemnity

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your Customer Content, your use of the Service, your enabled automations or integrations, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, create security or legal risk, abuse the Service, or if suspension is reasonably needed to protect the Service, our users, or third parties.

If access ends, we may delete Customer Content and other account data in line with our retention practices, legal obligations, and operational needs. If you need data, export it before termination. Provisions that are meant to survive termination will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll post the updated Terms here and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Dubai, UAE shall have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
