AI processing and model training
Jambo Contact may use AI and machine-learning features to generate drafts, classifications, summaries, suggested replies, routing suggestions, extracted data, and similar outputs. To make those features work, we may send relevant Customer Content to AI or model providers acting on our behalf.
We do not use Customer Content to train foundation models or third-party AI models unless you explicitly opt in. We may use Customer Content and technical data to run the Service, prevent abuse, diagnose issues, improve reliability, and improve the safety and performance of the Service itself.
Third-party providers and integrations
We may share information with service providers and infrastructure partners that help us operate the Service, such as hosting providers, storage providers, authentication providers, payment processors, email and messaging providers, AI/model providers, analytics providers, and search or crawling providers.
If you enable integrations, webhooks, external messaging, or other third-party connections, information may be sent to those services based on your settings and instructions. Those third parties process data under their own terms and privacy policies.

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and operational integrity, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and support legitimate business needs. Retention periods vary depending on the type of data, account status, legal obligations, and the features being used.
